RETURN, EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Zlaata India, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return, exchange, and replacement policy designed to make your experience smooth and easy. Here’s everything you need to know:
 

Returns-

We accept returns on all products within 7 days from the day of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
 

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
  • Returns are not acceptable on combo sales. 
  • Customized products cannot be returned.


How to Return: 

  • Visit Zlaata India- log in to your account or contact our customer service team at info@zlaata.com to start the process.
  • Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
     

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges- 

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’re happy to help! We accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
 

  • The item must be in unused, unworn condition, with all original tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Exchanged product delivery will take 7-9 days from the date of your purchase.
     

How to Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@zlaata.com or visit our Zlaata India account.
  • Once we’ve confirmed the exchange, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the original item.
  • We'll ship your exchange item once we’ve received your product.
     

Note: Exchanges are only possible for size-related issues. If the size you need is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund instead. All exchanges and refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
 

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items

We want to ensure that every item you receive is perfect. If you receive a damaged, defective product, or the received product is different from the image please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Replacement:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@zlaata.com with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item.
  • We will review your request and process a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
  • If your product is eligible for replacement, we’ll send you a new item at no extra cost.

Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sales and depend on the terms of sale.
