2. Customised orders can only be processed with prepaid payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for these products.
3. A customisation fee of Rs. 350 will be applied to each custom product in your order.
4. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of placing the order.
5. As this is a customised item, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible.
6. For your convenience, we would add a 1.5-inch margin on each side of the garment, allowing easy size adjustments in the future if needed.
